FAQ
For the safety of all patrons, please be advised no backpacks are allowed in the theater.
ACCESSIBILITY
If you require ADA/Handicapped seating, please call our Box Office at 856-858-1000 x106 and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs. Wheelchair-accessible seating is available through the Box Office only.
An elevator to the Theater Lobby Level is located directly inside the Box Office entrance. This elevator is available for the use of all patrons. Please note that the elevator only goes to the Theater Lobby and to the very top of the theater, behind Family Circle Left/Center
BOX OFFICE
Our Box Office is open for walk-up and phone sales Monday-Friday 10-4. During Camden County Concerts, the Box Office will open two hours before showtime.
We accept all credit cards, checks (made payable to CFFA), and cash for tickets purchased at our Box Office.
Phone orders are accepted with credit cards and can be mailed or held at will call.
A $2.50 fee per ticket will be applied to all credit card purchases. There is no fee for cash purchases.
CAMERAS/PHOTOGRAPHY
Non-professional, non-flash photography is acceptable at most events. However, we will prohibit the use of any type of camera at the request of the artist.
CONCESSIONS
Our concession area is open before the performance and during any intermissions. The concession area serves beer and wine (must be 21 years old, and guests will be carded), soda, bottled water, coffee, candy, and soft pretzels. We accept both cash and credit cards in concessions.
To maintain the historic beauty of the theater, only lidded beverages are permitted inside the auditorium. Lidded souvenir cups are available for purchase at the bar.
FIRST AID
If you require assistance during an event, please see an usher who will escort you to our House Manager.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
If a performance goes on even though the weather is poor, the Scottish Rite Auditorium is not required to provide a refund. If a performance is canceled, refunds will be offered. Cancelation announcements will be posted on our Facebook and Instagram pages, our website homepage, our outgoing phone message, and via email to those patrons on our email list.
PARKING
Parking is free in our large lot. If our lot is full, guests may use the lot at the Catholic Church on Magill Avenue, or the Volunteers of America lot on Harrison Avenue. If all lots are full, there is street parking, but please be mindful of residential driveways and lawns.
RESTROOMS
Restrooms are located on the theater level of the venue (Level A when using the elevator). Please see one of our ushers if the restrooms require any attention (paper products, etc)
