For questions on new tour dates or refund information, email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 856-858-1000 x106. Tickets from postponed/rescheduled shows will be valid for new dates. There is no need to exchange your ticket. If a show has been CANCELED and the artist schedules a new show, the tickets from the canceled show will NOT be valid for the newly scheduled show.
If you purchased your ticket from the Scottish Rite, the County Store, or Ticketmaster, we can assist you with a refund for canceled or rescheduled shows. If you purchased through a third-party reseller – you must contact them directly.
