COVID-19 POLICY

CAMDEN COUNTY CONCERT SERIES POLICY FOR INDOOR EVENTS-

  • event goers must show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 diagnostic test 48-72 hours prior to the event date. A photo of vaccination card will be accepted.
  • For event goers, masks are highly recommended no matter vaccination status
  • All event staff will be required to wear a face mask

ACCESSIBILITY

If you are in need of ADA/Handicapped seating, please call our Box Office at 856-858-1000 x106 and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs.

An elevator to the Theater level is located directly inside the Box Office entrance.  This elevator is available for the use of all patrons.

BOX OFFICE

** BOX OFFICE will be closed Wednesday, November 24th for Thanksgiving break.

Our Box Office is open for walk up sales on Wednesdays from 10-4 and Fridays from noon – 4.  Phone sales can be made any time at (856) 858-1000 x106.  During events, the Will Call area opens 60 minutes prior to showtime.  We accept all credit cards, checks (made payable to CFFA) and cash for tickets purchased at our Box Office.  Phone orders are accepted with credit cards.

CAMERAS/PHOTOGRAPHY

Non-professional, non-flash photography is acceptable at most events. However we will prohibit use of any type of camera at the request of the artist.

CONCESSIONS

Our concession area is open before the performance and during any intermissions.  The concession area serves beer and wine (must be 21 years old, and guests will be carded), soda, bottled water, coffee, candy and soft pretzels.  We accept both cash and charge cards in concessions.

Please note that in our effort to maintain the historic beauty of the theater, beverages are permitted inside the auditorium only using our refillable beverage cups available for purchase.  Bring them back for each show!  Thank you for your cooperation.

FIRST AID

If you require assistance during an event, please see an usher who will escort you to our House Manager.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

If a show is cancelled by the tour due to inclement weather, information will be posted on our social media (including this website), and our outgoing phone message.

PARKING

Parking is free in our large lot.  If our lot is full, guests may use the lot at the Catholic Church next to the venue, or the lot for Volunteers of America on the other side of the venue.  If all lots are full, there is street parking but please be mindful of resident driveways and lawns.

RESTROOMS

Rest rooms are located on the theater level of the venue (Level A when using the elevator).  Please see one of our ushers if the rest rooms require any attention (paper products, etc)
